ABOUT ME

I have been researching various Holmes / Holms / Homes Families for over 30 years. My initial interest was in search of my own Homes ancestry which goes back to the Rev William Homes (1663-1746) who was born in Ireland and eventually settled at Chilmark, Martha's Vineyard.

In the past few years my interests have focused on researching early Scotch-Irish Holmes references wherever I can find them both for my own interest and in support of the Holmes DNA Project.
